If a client increases their investment and moves into a new coupon threshold, their entire investment will be paid at the higher rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nova Prime employs 4 levels of security to tackle the areas of capital protection, ensuring the director\u2019s interests are aligned with investors, third party oversight and an investment protocol that has risk management at its core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nova has passed every 6-month review, where its assets have covered its liabilities by as much as 130%. Nova has not missed a coupon payment throughout that time (including two that were made during the COVID-19 pandemic).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trustee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nova Prime has appointed the Inchmead Group Ltd as the Security Trustee for investor capital protection. For over 20 years, Inchmead have provided fund and trustee administration services for investment companies in the UK. At all times, the security trustee will occupy and hold a legal debenture\/charge over all Nova Prime Developments assets for the protection of its investors until all clients are paid their interest and repaid their original capital at the end of the 2-year term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inchmead will act as the investor security trustee, covering a range of important duties on behalf of clients including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Holding a fixed and floating charge\/debenture over all company property assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration of client security.
