Alderley look to secure this site subject to planning, so they can redesign and increase efficiencies throughout, with a view of transferring these efficiencies onto their selected Contractor, increasing yield across the scheme. They don\u2019t currently have a development appraisal based upon the old scheme as it is inefficient. They will instruct an architect that they work closely with, to produce some initial drawings for the scheme and will appraise in full once they have these. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
